yesterday~ hung out with the fambam in the city
today back in east bay
finished putting lorenzo together overnight~ its finally done. stage 1
went for a short morning ride~ hit up the bay trail over by I<3OAK
so out of shape~ forgot to pre-stretch before the ride so pulled some charlie cramps when i got back
cleaned up and grubbed up on pasta from angela's~ om nomnom
