sunday today
the storm came in last night, i heard trees were falling left and right
stopped by mitsuwa market with george to pick up sushi prep
got some otoro for the first time, was pretty excited to eat it
brought out the sushi knife, havent used it in a while
made nigiri cali roll mindyroll salmon philly roll and otoro
just chilled and watched the warriors game
been lifting a bit, finally back into it

friday and today
happy birthday lord, ya 2 year old nugget
met up with mindy george mark to celebrate lord's birthday
grabbed blaze pizza for dinner
got a game of bp in
yesterday was hike day and leg day
woke up and stopped by vitamin shoppe to get some new protein gear
the shaker works really well
headed up to berry falls creek with george and mindy to test out rain hiking
this place was dope, wish we had more time, gotta come back to finish
finished up and grabbed some chicken and mt
